Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, rotating, and displays.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory; manage damages, markdowns, and deposits.
• Assist with planograms implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure store financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits; sign refunds/overrides.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
