Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Associate for Port St Joe, FL. You will provide friendly customer service, operate cash registers, stock merchandise, and keep the store clean and organized to meet company standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma or GED preferred, prior retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills required.
• English literacy and willingness to follow store policies.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
