Loop Neighborhood Market is seeking hardworking, customer-focused team members for all shifts at our California locations. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities across first, second, or third shifts, with focus on service, efficiency, and store performance.

Primary duties include operating the register, stocking shelves, keeping the store clean, and delivering best-in-class customer service while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Flexible schedule to cover first, second, or third shifts.
• Basic math including making change.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders if needed.
• Pass background checks as required by company policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and balance cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to shoppers and staff.
• Ensure a safe, customer-friendly environment in-store and at adjacent properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues when needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Promote and upsell store products to boost sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
