Loop Neighborhood Market in California is hiring entry-level and experienced Team Members for full-time and part-time shifts across first, second, or third shift. You will help operate the station, serve customers, stock shelves, and keep a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Strong verbal and written communication with management
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English
• Basic math including making change
• Must be 18+ for 1st/2nd shifts; 21+ for 3rd shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and tolerate fumes

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and balance cash at end of shift
• Stock shelves and keep store clean and organized
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors and staff
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding area
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines
• Upsell products to increase store sales
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager
• Perform additional duties as assigned
