Job summary

Loop Neighborhood Market is hiring team members to join our growing network of convenience stores and service stations in California. We offer full-time and part-time roles across three shifts, providing flexibility to fit individual schedules.

Team Members ensure smooth station operation, deliver best-in-class service, and help drive store profitability while meeting customer needs throughout the shift. Priorities include accuracy at the register, clean storefronts, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English
• Perform basic math including calculating change
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco/alcohol
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per company policies
• Exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
• Work in various temperature environments

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during the shift with accurate balancing
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding areas
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed
• Prepare shift reports following company guidelines
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager
• Perform additional duties as assigned
