Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old for 1st/2nd shift; 21+ for 3rd shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including all three shifts.
• Good communication in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register during shift and balance funds.
• Stock shelves and keep store clean and presentable.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to shoppers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming store environment and assist with surrounding areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic car wash-related issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports following company guidelines.
• Cross-sell store products to increase sales and meet targets.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
