Responsibilities

• Greet customers, visitors and vendors and help them locate staff.
• Assist customers with electric handicapped carts and wheelchairs.
• Monitor and tag property brought into the stores.
• Respond to incidents including shoplifting, medical emergencies and weather events.
• Patrol facilities and parking areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Direct traffic during events and enforce parking regulations.
• Conduct preliminary investigations and document findings.
