Job summary

Harvard Protection Services, LLC. is seeking a Security Officer to provide professional customer-focused security and life safety services in assigned facilities.

Officers will maintain a visible presence, greet customers, monitor traffic, and follow established emergency procedures to protect people and property. The role requires a minimum high school diploma or GED, a valid security guard license or the ability to obtain one, reliable transportation, and strong interpersonal communication

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to greet and assist customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional demeanor with customers, employees, visitors and guests.
• Maintain a visible presence in assigned facilities.
• Monitor the environment to detect suspicious activity.
• Greet people professionally and answer phones.
• Log incidents and prepare reports as directed.
