Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and stocking as needed.
• Assist with price changes and markdowns.
• Balance cash register per policy.
• Announce prices at checkout and ring transactions.
• Bag merchandise and complete customer transactions.
• Handle cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Support loss prevention and report theft.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear a name tag.
• Assist management with shelf merchandising and other tasks.
