You will work with vendors, freight carriers, warehouses, and customers to ensure a smooth post-sale ownership experience.

The role emphasizes problem solving, organization, and ownership of projects from start to finish, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic food equipment industry.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in customer service, logistics, operations, or sales support.
• Experience with freight coordination or equipment logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade show and event logistics for regional and national food shows.
• Prepare, crate, label, and document outbound shipments.
• Schedule freight pickups and deliveries; track shipments for on-time arrival.
• Load/unload show equipment and maintain asset inventory.
• Support warranty and RMA processes; coordinate with manufacturers and customers.
• Prepare reports and maintain CRM information; assist with order documentation.
