Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group in Kentucky is seeking a motivated Store Associate to help deliver an exceptional customer experience across all store operations. You will greet customers, handle the cash register, merchandise shelves, and keep the store clean while collaborating with a team to meet daily targets.

This role requires strong customer service and cash handling skills, with flexible shifts and the ability to lift and move items.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Cash handling experience required.
Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
Flexibility in work schedule and shifts.
Able to use a mobile device for communication.
Physically able to lift, stand, and bend as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
Operate cash register according to PMG standards and handle cash, lottery, and shift paperwork.
Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Perform Sales Floor Merchandising and Stocking duties.
Merchandise Cooler sections and maintain product presentation.
Conduct Vendor Check-Ins and communicate issues to Management.
Ensure PMG safety and Operational Excellence policies are followed.
Perform tasks with integrity, honesty, and respect.
Assist Management with other assigned tasks.
Exterior and interior cleaning of the store.
