Petroleum Marketing Group is seeking a customer-focused team member for in-store duties in Kentucky. The role includes greeting customers, operating the cash register, merchandising, and daily cleaning to uphold PMG standards.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED (or be enrolled) and demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and good communication skills. This position involves standing, lifting, and frequent interaction with customers as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is desirable.
• Ability to lift, stand, and bend as part of daily tasks.

Description

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities *Includes, but not limited to*

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Requirements

Education

• *Preferred* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
