Petroleum Marketing Group in Kentucky is seeking a customer-focused team member to support daily store operations, cashier duties, merchandising, and cleaning to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or current enrollment, strong communication, reliable transportation, and flexibility in scheduling; experience with cash handling and mobile devices is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or currently enrolled in high school, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Description

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.
