Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience, keep the store clean and safe, and support sales and profitability goals. You’ll assist customers, prepare fresh foods, enroll them in Crosby’s Rewards, and help with merchandising and daily operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to exceeding expectations, with an overnight shift differential of $1.50 for hours 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Driver’s License preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions and reports.
• Ability to operate lottery, POS systems and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Follow all food safety standards and store policies.
• Keep shelves stocked and store appearance maintained.
