Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a proactive Team Member to join our Ohio stores. You will help customers, process transactions, and support merchandising and stock duties on a fast-paced retail floor.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while standing for long periods. Lifting up to 50 lbs and operating basic computer systems are part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in-store, online, and on Family Farm and Home platforms.
• Solicit customers to sign up for loyalty programs and financing options.
• Process transactions at the POS and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist in setting promotional signage, price changes, and in-store merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock areas, and assist with freight and stock recovery.
