The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organized, and capable of handling basic math. Full-time hourly position with a monthly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist on the sales floor.
• Operate the store cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
• Keep shelves and store area clean and organized.
• Request assistance from managers for returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and tidying surfaces.
• Build positive relationships with team members and leadership to improve communication across teams.
• Adopt safe work practices and keep aisles clear of hazards.
• Protect agency assets and report any incidents of theft or loss.
