Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports merchandising standards.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor; participates in store recovery and maintenance.
• Maintains safety and follows labor policies; supports shrink reduction programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
