TJ Maxx in USA stores is hiring to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and following operating procedures. The role may be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs.

You will model customer experience practices, promote loyalty programs, and uphold safety and labor standards while contributing to a positive store culture and strong teamwork.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising procedures and standards
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
