Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is hiring a Retail Cashier for the Lees Summit Store - Ward team. The role is hourly full-time with an hourly rate of $15.50 and a bonus potential up to $250 per month. You will welcome customers, operate the cash register, process payments, and keep the store clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with diverse population.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist on sales floor; answer phone with a professional greeting.
• Operate the cash register; handle cash, credit transactions, discounts, and balancing.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and maintain store cleanliness.
