Job summary

Michaels is hiring a front-end team member for our Auburn, ME store to assist customers, help them find products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unload, stocking, planogram adherence, and store recovery while promoting the Rewards program and enrollments. Retail or customer service experience is preferred; physical work includes standing and lifting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Execute cash handling to standards at checkout.
• Promote Rewards program enrollments and private label cards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking and planograms.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and assist with store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
