Job summary

The role requires friendly, dependable personnel with at least one year of retail experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, including frequent standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• One year retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prolonged standing and walking with frequent bending, stooping, and stretching.
• Frequent lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 30 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds is required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledging, greeting, and helping customers in any area of the store.
• Assisting customers and donors in a timely and courteous manner by answering questions or directing them to a supervisor.
• Using a cash register to total sales, accept payments for merchandise, and give correct change.
• Accepting and preparing donations for the sales floor, which include hanging items, stocking store shelves, and hanging clothes.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and Customer-Friendly environment in the store, which includes general housekeeping duties and straightening merchandise.
