Job summary

Goodwill of KYOWVA is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience and support mission-driven programs. You’ll help with customer service, merchandise processing, stocking, and keeping a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers and donors, locating merchandise, pricing queries, stocking, and setting up displays. Flexible hours and a team-driven environment offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training.
• Regularly stand and walk; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assists with customer service, merchandise processing, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Engages with customers and donors in a friendly, respectful manner while helping generate revenue for programs.
• Answering questions about merchandise location, pricing, and use.
• Stocking shelves, counters, and tables with merchandise; setting up displays to promote sales.
• Processing goods for placement in the store; assisting with inventory and pull schedules.
