Job summary

The Goodwill of KYOWVA in Ashland, KY seeks a part-time Retail Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized store environment while supporting mission-driven programs.

Responsibilities include friendly service to customers and donors, helping generate revenue to fund job training and employment services in our communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regularly required to stand and walk; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive shopping experience for customers and donors.
• Assist with customer service, merchandise processing, stocking, and store upkeep.
• Engage with customers and donors in a friendly, respectful manner while supporting store operations.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and process goods for placement in the store.
• Wrap or bag merchandise and maintain cleanliness of sales floor and work areas.
