Job summary

Break Time Sales Associates assist customers, process sales transactions and perform operational duties to keep the Break Time store clean and well stocked in Missouri. MFA Petroleum Company operates Break Time stores and offers an equal opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexible availability to work, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and count products.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service; process transactions accurately.
• Merchandising: price, promotions, stocking, and fronting merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper display; assist with vendor check-in.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues; adhere to regulations.
• Operate POS systems and perform cashier duties and shift reports.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures; assist loss control related tasks.
• Food preparation following guidelines; inspect products for time/temperature; use ovens/fryer.
• Maintain sanitization and cleanliness of equipment and service areas.
• Adhere to MFA Oil policies; perform other duties as assigned.
