Qualifications

• Friendly, customer service‑oriented person who enjoys a fast‑paced work environment.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and balance shift reports.
• Willingness to learn in a food service environment and operate POS technology.
• Compliance with pre‑employment background check and drug test requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers; conduct fast, accurate transactions and resolve concerns promptly.
• Merchandising and sales: price checks, promotions, restock, and maintain clean, stocked aisles.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and staff to support store operations.
• Work as a team to serve customers while following regulations and store policies.
• Operate POS systems and devices; assist with shift reports and inventory counts.
• Assist in training new employees on policies and procedures; report concerns timely.
• Food preparation and safety: follow recipes, ensure correct temperatures, rotate and portion items.
• Maintain a clean environment and proper product display; sanitize equipment and areas.
