This full-time role requires 30+ hours weekly and duties include POS processing, stock management, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications

• Customer service and cashiering experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and perform tasks with safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 18+ years old required.

Responsibilities

• Model and fulfill all customer service principles and escalate concerns to store management as necessary.
• Inform store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Use POS system to accurately scan and process customer purchases and report scanning issues to management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Support a safe working environment by addressing hazards and maintaining equipment.
