The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods store in Riverton, UT is seeking a Customer Experience Associate.

You will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained in multiple areas, support loss prevention, ring purchases accurately, promote credit and loyalty programs, and uphold merchandising standards to help the business run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Accurately rings customer purchases and returns and handles cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Upholds merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Maintains store cleanliness and supports shrink reduction programs.
• Assists in general duties as assigned.
