Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety standards
• Support shrink reduction goals and store safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
