Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking Sales Associates to keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly while delivering friendly service to every customer. You’ll greet customers, operate the register, and help with lottery and restricted sales while maintaining safety and cleanliness in all store areas.

You will stock and merchandise, assist in other departments when needed, and participate in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to greet customers and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and basic math skills for a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Assist customers with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales per legal requirements.
• Upsell where appropriate to increase store sales.
• Maintain a clean store interior and exterior, including bathrooms and pump area.
• Stock shelves and displays; keep windows and entryways clean and organized.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed, including deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
