Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to be the heart of our store. You’ll greet customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe year-round.

You’ll handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification, and may assist in deli as needed. Training provided; weekend and holiday hours required. Great for flexible, customer-focused individuals.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol in compliance with age verification and laws.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and outside.
• Deep cleaning restrooms, pumps area, and pick up litter.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Cross-train in other departments like deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
