Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking Sales Associates to help keep our stores clean, safe, and welcoming for every customer. You will run the register, learn lottery and alcohol compliance, and assist customers with a friendly, proactive approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a retail setting. Prior retail experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability: Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Willingness to work hard and stay on your feet in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Master lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while complying with age verification and laws.
• Provide friendly service and upsell to boost sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and out, including restrooms, pumps, and lot area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; keep products fresh and organized.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a supportive team player in a fast-paced environment.
