Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to keep stores clean, safe, and welcoming while assisting customers at the register. The role includes handling lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with proper verification, stocking, and ensuring a tidy store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check may be required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the register with accuracy and speed.
• Assist in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification and compliance.
• Upsell opportunities to increase sales.
• Keep the store interior and exterior clean and safe, including restrooms and pump areas.
• Stock shelves and displays; keep merchandise looking fresh.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize entryways and windows.
• Be willing to cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Support the team as a reliable, flexible employee.
