Job summary

The TJ Maxx team in the United States seeks an enthusiastic customer service associate to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean and organized store, and support loss prevention and merchandising standards to drive sales and customer loyalty.

You will be expected to handle transactions, promote rewards programs, assist in stock readiness, and contribute to a positive store culture while complying with company policies and safety

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
