Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, maintain eye contact, and provide courteous service on the sales floor.
• Assist customers with merchandise, questions, and checkout transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise presentation, and safety standards.
• Follow MOS policies, protect cash handling procedures, and support loss prevention.
