Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with eye contact and a friendly demeanor to provide a positive shopping experience.
• Assists customers at registers, answers questions, and processes transactions accurately.
• Maintains a clean, safe sales floor and ensures proper merchandise presentation.
• Follows MOS, loss prevention policies and store procedures to protect assets.
• Represents the Ross brand with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Performs cleaning and stocking tasks to support store standards and efficiency.
