Job summary

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year customer experience and logistics in similar roles.
• Six months construction or rental industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Rental Coordinator with rental calls and walk-in inquiries.
• Serve as concierge for will calls and escort customers to rental yards.
• Ensure all store transfers and Equipment Movement Records are complete.
• Assist with daily invoicing tasks.
• Collaborate with yard attendant to ensure timely rental contracts.
• Inspect machines and attachments upon return.
• Escalate rental rate and pricing discussions as needed.
• Support showroom maintenance and cleanliness.
• Support strategic programs and safety initiatives.
