Job summary

Staffmark Group in Birdsboro, PA is seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire role. You will lead customer-focused projects from planning through completion, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience with project management methodologies and full project lifecycle management
• Strong customer-facing, leadership, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout project execution
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, sales, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project success
• Lead cross-functional teams and promote collaboration to achieve project goals
• Track project schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and overall performance
• Prepare and communicate project status reports, updates, milestones, and risk assessments
• Manage project changes and develop solutions to address challenges and obstacles
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
