Qualifications

• Must pass required background check and drug screening.
• Must be 21 years or older with valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Works well in outdoor environments and variable conditions.
• Physical labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, and climb stairs and ladders.
• Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to mix products correctly.
• Record work activities and complete paperwork after services.
• Perform residential pest management routes with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct customer consultations, identify conducive conditions, and apply proper treatments.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, and gas card.
