Job summary

Hawx Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Service Professional to inspect and treat residential and commercial properties using environmentally responsible products. This full-time role rewards a customer-focused, safety-minded technician with thorough training and opportunities for growth.

You will follow a daily service schedule, deliver exceptional service, and work with a team that values excellence and career development within a tech-driven pest management company.

Qualifications

• Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
• Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to mix products based on area measurements and quantities.
• Record work activities and complete paperwork after finishing services.
• Perform residential pest management service routes with high customer service, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Complete duties required by a pest/mosquito/termite service professional: consultation, inspection, identify/eliminate conducive conditions and perform treatments.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, gas card and other job-related items.
• Address and alleviate customer concerns using integrated pest management strategies.
• Exemplify safe performance of job duties and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Reinforce a culture of safety within the team.
