Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales and service environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales/business development and organizational skills.
• Familiar with PC technologies; COCC Insight a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers and provides general banking services and information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Identifies and acts upon sales and business relationship opportunities.
• Provides exceptional service to customers in person, by mail or by phone in line with bank policies.
• Actively seeks out opportunities to sell and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs.
• Responds to customer inquiries and processes deposits and loan transactions securely.
• Maintains account files and completes required forms and end-of-day cash drawer procedures.
• Balances cash drawer, performs ATM and coin machine maintenance as needed.
• Opens, onboards, and maintains consumer and business accounts.
• Adheres to Bank Secrecy Act requirements and security procedures.
