Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), regulatory, security, retail banking and bank-wide policies and procedures.
• Perform customer transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure high-quality experiences for customers.
• Develop and maintain substantial knowledge of Cambridge Savings Bank products and services.
• Sell and cross-sell bank products and services to prospective and existing customers based on their needs.
• Balance cash at end of day and assist with branch settlement.
• Perform additional duties as required.
