Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of office support and customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain ICC Permit Technician Certification within one year of hire.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License; safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Accept permit applications and process Certificates of Occupancy.
• Review permits for completeness and code compliance.
• Track permits and fees, respond to inquiries.
• Provide technical support for permitting activities.
• Maintain permit databases and generate reports.
• Interact with the public, developers, and City staff.
