Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will engage with customers, ring purchases, restock shelves, and support daily store operations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Retail experience is a plus; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
