Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills is expected.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking across store tasks.
• Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and restocks as needed
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness
• Provides and accepts feedback and adheres to labor policies
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
