U-Haul is hiring a Lot Attendant / Customer Service Representative in Concord, NH. You will greet customers, assist with rentals and returns, and help keep the lot clean, safe, and organized while using mobile tech to manage inventory and bookings.

Open availability with at least one weekend shift, and a pay rate of $15.50–$16.50 per hour. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with rentals, returns, and U-Haul services.
• Prepare, inspect, clean, and position trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-ready lot.
• Use mobile technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Answer customer questions and recommend products and services.
• Support daily operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
