Hieu Tran COUNTRY Financial is seeking an Insurance Account Representative to assist customers with insurance questions, build lasting client relationships, and identify suitable insurance solutions. Training and licensing support are provided to grow within COUNTRY Financial.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, follow up with prospects, and contribute to a team-oriented, service-focused agency environment.

• Provide friendly, professional service by phone, email, and in person.
• Follow up with customers and prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Support the agency with general insurance and administrative tasks.
• Learn COUNTRY Financial products, systems, and agency processes.
