Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Preferred: knowledge of home improvement or construction industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a sense of urgency and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• 35% Customer Experience - Maintain regular communication with the customer across the install life cycle and resolve questions.
• 25% Job Process Support - Coordinate with internal and external partners for all job level inquiries and escalations.
• 40% Operations - Manage intake of open jobs, schedule pre-install inspections, place material orders, and process labor bills.
