Job summary

C&L Supply, Inc. in Bossier City, LA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customers and outside sales, process orders, and handle account questions.

You'll collaborate with credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure accurate sales operations, maintain customer records, and provide excellent service. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities within a family-owned distribution company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and Windows-based computer systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer and outside sales calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate daily with customers through phone, email, and other business correspondence.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Accept customer payments and assist with preparing daily deposit reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments including credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, and outside sales to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with product information, order updates, and general account support.
• Maintain organized customer records and documentation.
• Support additional office and customer service functions as needed.
