Job summary

Ace Retail Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean, organized store presentation.

You will greet customers, provide friendly, proactive service, know product locations, and help create a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

High school diploma or GED is required; retail experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $13.50 to $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.
• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
• Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.
• Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
• Assist customers throughout the store with personal, customized service.
