Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate to support receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will help customers with product selection and provide friendly, helpful service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires High School diploma or equivalent, basic retail experience, and the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and climb as needed. Compensation is $12.00 per hour with an on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and represent Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor and store appearance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Ensure signage is current throughout the store.
